An Optimize Pilates Session

Optimize can customize a Pilates session to whatever your goal is, be it strength, endurance, flexibility, or alignment. Highlighted here with a regular client of three years is a hands-on session focusing on range of motion and change to muscle and fascia, with deep relaxation for the nervous system while still getting in a workout.
